A small fitted basque under the bustline cinches in the waist, the large curved collar has drama written all over it, the inner actress takes centre stage as she glides with the puddle hem flowing softly behind leaving a lasting impression. I think of 1920’s Golden Age and Art Deco a time when dressing up was a way of life and not solely for special occasions as it is now, how did that happen, shouldn’t we always make time to dress up?
