Handerkerchief Hem Jersey Dress – Truly Blue

Flattery and femininity got together, they suggested that a handkerchief hemline join them and she invited a Pop-Art fabric with the words BEAUTY and CHIC as companions to complete their look of timeless style.

I was drawn to the images of this print: oversized sunglasses, open-toed stilettos, make-up pots, hair strewn across faces; caption paragraph stories in French.  A story in fabric print for the wearer, their body captured narrative, 'read all about it'!

Storytelling set on a deep ocean blue background, a cowl neck front with gilt buckle detail as you turn to walk away, the fabric gently cascades down your leg, the herringbone embroidered hemline says my legs look great in this dress, now today should I wear heels or sandals?

I named this dress Truly Blue, because of the depth of the colouring; I like how she tells your story of beauty and chic, all wrapped up in a dress.
