Delivery and Shipping

SHIPPING IN THE UK, EUROPE AND INTERNATIONALLY

I want to ensure that you have the best experience when receiving your one-of-a-kind dress or top.

I send garments within the UK using a 2-3 working days delivery service, Europe is 5 working days; all garments are tracked and will require a signature as proof of receipt. Express postage is available please contact for further information.  I will email you to keep you up-to-date as to the delivery.

International Shipping: Shipping rates vary from country to country and is subject to change I will look to use the best service available without you incurring extortionate fees.  I will be able to calculate your shipping total on receipt of country destination from you by using the actual charges through the shipping service that I use; all garments are insured whilst in transit.

Customs Information: Customs policies vary widely from country to country– goods leaving the UK for Europe will be charged Import Duty and Import VAT at EU-set rates, as the recipient you will be liable for this duty.  International customers may be subject to import duties and taxes, levied by the destination country. These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.

DELIVERY OF GARMENT(S)

All garments are thoroughly checked before they are sent out to you.

UK Mainland purchases are sent to you free of charge, however the buyer is responsible for all postage/courier charges incurred should you wish to return a garment/item to Coral Turner Couture.

International delivery the buyer is responsible for all postage/courier charges incurred including the initial cost at the time of the purchase and at the time of returning the garment to Coral Turner Couture.

You will not be liable for Coral Turner Couture packages lost in the post or by courier when sent from me to you. You will be asked to sign for any goods delivered at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. Please make sure a responsible person, if not yourself, signs for it.

I am unable to accept orders where the full address information has not been supplied, all garments are sent to you using a tracking service.

If your order is placed after 12 noon on a Friday, your order will be placed for delivery on Monday the following week to be sent out, this does not include Public Bank Holidays.  You will be notified as to your delivery, however I will not be able to specify an am or pm, the courier service where appropriate will send you an email or text message with estimated time of delivery.

If you are not in or unable to sign for an item, it will be sent to a local delivery centre, and a card posted through your letter box to let you know how you might arrange pick up or re-delivery.

I regret I cannot deliver to PO boxes UK or international and you will need to arrange for delivery to another address.

CANCELLATION
  • The buyer has the right to cancel the order prior to the goods being posted/couriered.
  • The buyer must inform Coral Turner Couture they wish to cancel the order by email: sales@coralturner.com, subject Cancellation,  or by telephone within 24 hours (telephone number 07895 334577).
  • If the goods have already been posted or couriered, the buyer no longer has the right to cancel the order.

It is my intention that you have the best experience from purchase to delivery from Coral Turner Couture, if you encounter any problems relating to your garment please let me know as soon as possible so that I can rectify the matter, you can either call me on 07895 334577 or email me sales@coralturner.com.
