Refund and Returns Policy

Your garment purchase is unique to you, and only you.  You have purchased an original,  ‘Coral Turner Exclusive Original’, the only-one-of-a-kind, the only one available.

Due to the nature of your garment being the only one of ‘her’ kind, it is  not possible to exchange the garment for the same in another size,  as she is the only one made in that particular fabric.

When trying on garments please take care not to get perfume or make-up on the garment we will not be able to accept worn or soiled returns.

The buyer will be entitled to return the purchased garment(s) within 14 days of purchase for a refund providing the garment is unworn, unsoiled, no make-up or perfume, in its original packaging, with tags and resaleable.  Any stained or faulty garments we receive will be returned back to the customer, or they maybe issued with a 25% reduction refund.

Before you return your garment please first contact Coral Turner Couture for a return confirmation and mailing address.

Goods are only defined as returns if they meet all of the following conditions:

i.   The garment is in the same original condition as at the time of purchase, including packaging and tags.

ii.   The garment is not worn outside of the house.

iii.   The garment is not worn inside the house other than for the purposes of fitting/trying on, no make-up or perfume on the garment.

iv.   The garment is not washed.

v.   The garment is returned in the original packaging with tags.

vi.   The garment is received by Coral Turner Couture.

vii.   If you are making a return please try to ensure that you insure the item  too, as we cannot accept returned items which have been damaged in the post or refund items which have gone missing without proof of postage or adequate insurance.

When choosing a postal/shipping service we recommend purchasing tracking and insurance, Coral Turner Couture cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.  Customers must keep track of their own parcel to ensure it reaches Coral Turner Couture. Coral Turner Couture will not refund any garments which have been signed for by a customer other than at the delivery address stated on the original order, or for garments returned to us which get lost in the post/shipping without a tracking number.

On receipt of your garment being returned, please allow up to 14 days for processing, you will receive an email notification when your refund has been processed.  Your refund will include the original delivery cost only for customers in Europe, Import Duty and Import Duty as set at EU-rate will not be payable by Coral Turner Couture.  International Customers please be advised that Coral Turner Couture will not refund any charges/tax you may incur when returning items.  Refunds will be credited to the original payment credit/debit card after we have received and inspected the returned item.  A refund should be credited back to your card within 14 working days of our receipt of the item, but please allow up to 30 working days.  Note, the refund might not show up on your statement for a few days.

Repayment for returned goods purchased by cheque or money order will be from Coral Turner Couture by cheque only.

International/EU Returns

International/EU customers need to ensure they declare their garments/goods as returns.  When goods are not declared as returns a fee is charged to Coral Turner Couture, this expense will then be deducted from the refund amount.

We regret we will not be able to give a refund if;

If the goods are returned after 14 days of the purchase date, the buyer no longer has the right to a refund.

There is no right to return or exchange except as excluded by law, (please note the introduction with regards to exchanges).
